The wide variety of daytime and nighttime small group activities for individuals as well as couples provide those opportunities to create lasting friendships and discover the Augusta area. The activities offered are limited only by the interests of the current members. Many group activities continue during the summer months. Members are encouraged to initiate and coordinate activities.

Membership is open to any person moving into the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) within the last five years or to others living in the CSRA who have had a major lifestyle change which enables them to now become an active club member. A major lifestyle change includes, but is not limited to, retirement, empty nest, separation, divorce or loss of spouse.
